After more than a decade working in corporate sales, I decided to pursue a service career focused on patient care. After completing my bachelor's degree in nursing from UNC Chapel Hill, I started my nursing career at Duke University Hospital in 2017. I continue to work as a care nurse, charge nurse and behavioral response nurse at Duke.

During my time connecting with people as a nurse along with my personal interest in pursuing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle motivated me to become a health coach in 2021. I have a particular passion for supporting men in reaching their health & wellness potential.

In addition to working with my professional clients, I volunteer on a weekly basis at the Men & Women's Healing Transitions in Raleigh. I consistently expand my skills and knowledge through continuing education in the fields of holistic nursing and health coaching.

On a personal level, the guiding forces in my life are my faith, serving others and the drive to live up to my best potential.

I am a grateful father of two beautiful, vivacious little girls. Some of the activities I enjoy are jiu-jitsu, yoga, meditation, time in nature, reading, beach and mountain trips and spending quality time with friends and family.
